Here’s a client comment about the app:
Central Tractor has been buying from Costex for the last 13 years. During this time, we have seen big increases to Costex`s inventory, excellent pricing and great customer service. We have used three different online order systems, with the last one just implemented recently. Since I have been in the business, I have never seen a computer upgrade go so smoothly as your last system. I have watched Cat dealers brought almost to their knees after implementing their new systems (Finning took almost a year) to get things straightened out. I worked for Union Tractor when they implemented a new system, it took a long time to get theirs working properly also.
Costex`s new system already feels like we have been using it for years; some of the new features have made a major difference for us. It appears that I can find out almost any information I need in regards to orders filled, shipped and invoiced.
